Liquor License Application
Special Event Application
The city liquor license is $1,250.00 per year and can be paid semi-annual (May 3rd and November 3rd of every year). Anyone applying for a liquor license must have a background check done at the Mercer County Sheriff's Department; a copy of driver's license and social security card must be attached to the application as well. Monthly fees as follows: $24.00–water; $24.00–sewer; $17.00–garbage. The sewer bill continues on a property regardless whether the service is in use or not. However, the water and garbage are only billed for active service. Bills are sent out the first of every month and must be paid prior to the 15th or the property incurs a 10% late charged. Garbage pick up is every Wed. morning early and it is recommended you set it out on Tues. night. One large item a month is accepted.
